Only downside is that every time they come work on a system they are always trying to sell you something, I understand in this economy that they are in business and need to make money to continue to offer their services, but always trying to get an extra buck out a you.

Have had many people come out to look at my boiler to no avail. Lucas came out and in an hour had the whole thing apart found the problem no one else could and fixed it. We battled this boiler for a year and nothing fixed it. Lucas was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We got it running (better then ever) and signed up for the cleaning plan. Would recommend 100%. (Had wrong nozzle on sprayer and electrodes were set incorrectly)
