It took 3 yrs of horrible service techs for us to find Haller and finally get some relief. Omar & Carlos were totally professional, efficient and effective. They found the problem and communicated the solution and cost of repair.
It’s not their problem that the price of the repair was extremely high and quite frankly, excessive. That wasn’t their call.
Basically it cost $800 for them to install a $200 condensate pump — which is not a difficult installation.
But I really was not in a strong bargaining position — it’s over 100° now and will be for at least the next 2-3 days. I bit the bullet and paid the price. I needed the A/C functioning.
