Haller was fabulous yet again! Unfortunately, we had to replace our mini split system due to no fault of the original installation (GoodCo). From the initial technicians that visited, diagnosed our issue and provided repair/replacement options to Nate who provided a comprehensive explanation of a new system installation, everyone has been great to interact with. The day after our install we experienced an issue with our unit and Paul, the field team leader, came out quickly and immediately remedied the issue. Always courteous and keep a clean work area. Our one issue is with the call center. They aren't personal nor exceptionally helpful. Thankfully we work around them and contact service or sales directly. Fix that issue and you've got a winning team!!

Did a great job on our AC installation

We had annual maintenance performed on our air conditioning and then had to make a call later in the week for our garbage disposal. Both times our technicians, Brayden and Trenton, were polite, professional, on time, and efficient. Even the receptionist was on point with our issue, courteous, and a pleasure to speak with.

Each technician provided follow-up advice and key things to be watchful of. We are beyond pleased with the services Haller provides as well as their staff and technicians. The service fee is reasonable and the maintenance contract we have for our A/C is a cost saver.

Gabe from Haller Enterprises arrived promptly when scheduled. He listened carefully to my questions/concerns and then made an honest effort to find answers/solutions. Although no immediate resolution to the main issue was found, Gabe promised to continue his search on his own and contact me promptly when he had success.

I had a “top of the line” carrier air conditioning system installed after my existing unit quit working during 100+ degree days. At the end of the install, I was informed that the wrong coil was sent from the warehouse (too small). They would be back the next day to put the proper coil in. Until then, it would cool but only to about 73. With the new coil installed, it cooled well for 5-6 days. Then it wouldn’t go below 77. We had a service call and was told there wasn’t enough refrigerant in the line, which they fixed. This lasted another 5-6 days when it wouldn’t cool below 77, again. Another service call. Now being told there is a leak, probably the coil. The service tech set up a same day visit for 2 supervisors to come and investigate further. The investigation showed a leak from the compressor. They set up a compressor replacement for the next morning. New compressor installed which also leaked. So, another manager called me. They offer to install a compatible system which would actually be an upgrade because it also had a heat pump. So I took the offer since it was being offered at no charge. So far so good but it has only been 24 hours. Hold my breath, keeping my fingers crossed, saying prayers and hoping for the best.

Vincent is one of the greatest people we have ever met. He is patient, has an easy demeanor, very knowledgeable, & explained all our options. He is a great asset to Haller!

Prompt, friendly service and telephone staff, easy to make an appointment, and a good experience overall. Be prepared to pay a lot for fixed price service rather than a per hour charge.

Brandon did a great job replacing a shower valve. He also cleaned up after the job was complete. We will definitely use Haller in the future.

Robert N. was very thorough. He explained everything he needed to do and answered all additional questions I had. My parts warranty had expired and he apologized and explained how the things that caused my plumbing problems can occur.
