One (1) AMANA RESIDENTIAL CENTRAL HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
(RETAIL VALUE APPROXIMATELY $6,800)

One (1) WHOLE-HOME DUCT CLEANING SERVICE
(RETAIL VALUE APPROXIMATELY $1,250)

1. How to Enter - Contestants may enter the drawing by visiting our website at www.hallerenterprises.com and completing an online registration form, stopping by any Haller location or visiting Haller's booth at the York, Lancaster BIA or PA Homeshow to fill out a form. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the odds of winning. Limit one entry per person, family, household or address. Any repeated entries will be disqualified and initial entry will be rendered invalid. Contestants must be at least 18 years of age. Installation of the winning system and duct cleaning service must be completed by May 31, 2010.
2. Eligibility - The contest is for owner occupied, single family homes with central ducted systems. Officers of Haller Enterprises, Inc., employees and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the giveaway.
3. How to Win - On April 1, 2010, one winner will be randomly selected to receive the grand prize. The winner will be notified by a representative of Haller Enterprises, Inc.
4. Non-Transferable - No substitution or transfer of prize will be permitted.
5. Tax Information - Federal, state and local taxes, and all similar fees and assessments, are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Responsibility - The system winner will be responsible for: duct system modifications (if necessary), any hazardous material removal and abatement (e.g. asbestos, mold, etc.), and any improvements needed to bring the installation in compliance with existing building and mechanical codes (any applicable costs will be discussed beforehand). The duct cleaning service winner will be responsible for any lab tests, removal and abatement of any hazardous material detected during cleaning service.
7. Disclaimer - The winner assumes all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the drawing and releases Haller Enterprises, Inc., their respective officers and employees, from any such liability.
8. Prize - The prizes have no cash value. Prizes are limited to retail values of $6,800 (Heat/AC System) and $1,250 (Duct Cleaning). This may be applied against the contract price of a central heating/air conditioning system that exceeds $6,800 or the contract price of a duct cleaning service that exceeds $1,250. The date of installation/service will be determined by Haller Enterprises, Inc. and must be in the Haller delivery area.
9. Release - The winner will agree to allow Haller Enterprises, Inc. to use images and likenesses of the old and new furnace and ductwork, homeowners and the homeowners' name in promotional material.
