Recommissioning

Recommissioning entails comparison of a building’s current business use to its original use. Also considered are operating and maintenance procedures as well as an equipment evaluation. After the recommissioning process, improvements can generally be seen in energy efficiency, greenhouse gas reduction, safety, comfort level and expanded equipment lifetimes. Identifying inefficiencies increases the impact of any resulting changes and ensures you are spending your money on the improvements that need it most.

Energy Star Rating

Energy Star is a joint program between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy, designed to help save money and protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices. Haller Enterprises offers many services that, when implemented, will help your building earn the coveted ENERGY STAR® rating.

Solar Energy

Solar Electric power is one of the best ways to maximize the efficiency of commercial and industrial buildings. Easily installed on rooftops, building façades, or ground-mount structures, solar provides building owners with the opportunity to self-generate some or even all of their energy needs. A combination of Federal and State incentive programs can help substantially offset the initial cost of installing a solar system.
