There Wins Nationally Recognized Award - 2005 UPDATE!

PA) - UPDATE: For the second year in a row, Always There,
the homeowner newsletter of Haller Enterprises, Inc., received
a Pyramid Award for "Best Newsletter" from the Home
Builders Association of Metropolitan Harrisburg. On April 22,
2005, the association's Sales & Marketing Council honored
the best in building, remodeling, sales and marketing during
its twelfth annual Pyramid Awards held at the Hilton Harrisburg
& Towers. |

PA): Always There, the homeowner newsletter of Haller
Enterprises, Inc., received a 2003 Pyramid Award for "Best
Newsletter" from the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan
Harrisburg. On April 21, 2004, the association's Sales &
Marketing Council honored the best in building, remodeling,
sales and marketing during its eleventh annual Pyramid Awards
held at the Wyndam Harrisburg Hershey.

Members
who competed in the "Best Newsletter" category were
judged on concept, copy, layout, overall design, message and
identity conveyed to target market. The last two issues of the
newsletter, along with a general description and distribution
details, were submitted to the Home Builders Association in
March 2004.

Haller's
newsletter, Always There, made its debut in 2003. The
piece provides Haller customers with useful information about
service and maintenance on their home's mechanical and electrical
systems, as well as highlights new and interesting products
that can be added to any home. It introduces Haller Enterprises
as a home service company to those who knew it only as a new
construction contractor. The newsletter also acquaints readers
with Haller's plumbing, heating/cooling and electrical services.
Each addition of the quarterly newsletter contains the following
sections: Rick's Corner, Ask Hallerman, Seasonal Checklist,
Employee Spotlight, Did You Know? and Dear Hallerman letters.
Haller
Enterprises serves Lancaster, Harrisburg and York and each
area is represented in the newsletter's distribution list.
